What happens at day 14, and what happens to your data.
The trial runs 14 days with no card and no feature restrictions. Everything is available.
WHEN THE TRIAL ENDS
The account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. You can still open every case, read every invoice and export everything, including the tax year summary — you just cannot add or change anything until you subscribe.
Your settings stay editable too, so you can correct your details or cancel cleanly without being locked out of your own account.
Subscribing restores full access immediately, to the same data.
A FAILED PAYMENT IS NOT A CANCELLATION
If a card is declined the account stays writable and you get a warning instead. A decline is usually the bank, not a decision to stop paying, and freezing your work over it would be the wrong response.
